By agreeing to the terms and conditions that follow, you consent to allowing Aviat Networks to contact the Referral Customer presented in the “Your new buyer's contact details” section in the above form as part of the “Refer a New Buyer” rewards program. The “Refer a New Buyer” rewards program will grant a $2,000 USD credit applied directly onto the User’s customer level account. This credit will only be applied if the following conditions are met: (1) Referral Customer does not have an active project or opportunity with Aviat at the time of your referral, (2) Referral Customer makes a purchase of $5,000 or more from Aviat Networks within 12 months of user’s referral submission, (3) User is the first to refer the referral customer, (4) Referral Customer's order has shipped. User will be notified if Referral Customer is a valid referral shortly after request submission

The “Refer a New Buyer” rewards credit cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. The rewards credit is applied to the entire order value, including equipment costs, taxes, and freight. The credit is awarded upon the referral customer’s qualifying order ship date and is valid for 6 months from the Referral Customer’s order ship date. The “Refer a New Buyer” rewards credit is available only through Aviat Store and is thereby only usable on products and services available for sale in Aviat Store.
