Request Aviat Networks customer PIN#

Get Your PIN# for Warranty and Support Access

All Aviat Network customers that have equipment under warranty or are under a Support Agreement are entitled to have a PIN#.
If you don’t have a PIN# but believe you meet these criteria, please fill in the form below and we will verify and get back to you with the information. Our Support Assurance Desk can also assist in providing you with your PIN# if you are entitled to one
