Corrective & preventive maintenance

Let Aviat have the right resource onsite with the right skills and right part in a committed timeframe.

  • Will arrive onsite per schedule with the appropriate teste equipment and spares to ensure operational excellence.
  • Diagnose the problem, restore service with guidance from TAC.
  • Annual inspection service to correct and mitigate deficiencies.
  • Spot checks on grounding, cables, radio equipment HW and SW, power systems and other relevant areas in the PM checklist.
  • Final report documenting findings, conclusions and guidance on any further corrective measures needed

Resident engineering services

  • Dedicated Onsite Technical Expert resource provides guidance on all technical aspects related to Aviat Products and Services
  • Engaged with your Operations team to resolve technical issues, discuss operational metrics and plan for actions.
  • Escalation management – identify top critical service requests and continual follow up with Aviat service teams until resolution.
  • Assist with deployment, cutover support and day-to-day operations.
  • Provide Knowledge Transfer for the customer’s team.
  • Monthly reporting with tracking of operational support metrics.
